Why THE CAR-BAR exists, in the founder's own words.
2018
I began an automobile career in 2018 with TVS and Royal Enfield, then worked with Volkswagen, Kia, Mahindra and Toyota.
The wait
At Toyota and Mahindra, I saw customers wait months, sometimes missing birthdays, anniversaries and festivals.
The idea
I imagined connecting buyers with dealerships holding matching available stock.
2025
I left my job in January 2025 and launched THE CAR-BAR in March, starting with limited resources. I built connections.
Eight months on
After eight months, our first booking arrived. The following month, I sold seven cars.
Today
THE CAR-BAR has a network of 700 dealers across India. Our goal is helping customers find cars sooner across India.
